What we collect

When you contact us, book a visit or work with us, we collect your name, phone number, email and address, details about your home, and what you tell us about the needs of the person living there, such as mobility or a hospital discharge date. With your permission, we take photos of the areas we’ll work on.

How we use it

Only to answer your questions, plan and carry out your project, send quotes, invoices, reminders and updates, process payments and keep records we’re required to keep. We don’t use details about your health or mobility for marketing.

Who we share it with

We share only what’s needed with the tools and partners that help us do the work: our scheduling and billing software (Jobber), our website host (Framer), payment processors, equipment manufacturers for warranty registration, and subcontractors working on your project, like an occupational therapist or installer. We never sell your information or share it for advertising.

Texts and emails

If you give us your phone number or email, we may contact you about your visit or project. You can reply STOP to any text or ask us to stop emailing at any time.

Website data

Our website may use basic analytics to understand how visitors use it, like which pages are viewed. We don’t respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, but we don’t track you across other websites.

How we protect it

We keep your information in secure, password-protected systems, limit access to people who need it and keep it only as long as we need it for your project, warranty and legal records.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we have about you, except what we must keep by law. Email hello@harborhomeaccess.com or call (805) 669-2273 and we’ll respond within 10 business days.

Children

Our services and website are meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new date.
